The web portal or app can be used to calibrate your device. Calibration should be done monthly.
Please follow the steps below to calibrate the device whilst at the outlet.
1. in the app open manage devices
2. select Device Calibration
3. Select your outlet (if not already auto selected). the calibration page will show the last recorded transactions. Select the edit button to calibrate.
4. Select the test transaction and enter the actual size of the pour ensuring it was a single continuous pour. the system will calculate the new pulse ration which will be used for all future transactions. Click SAVE to save the changes. The calibration should be in the range of 0.9-1.9 for beer. if you're not getting this range please do another test pour or reach out to support.
