To create a new user:

1. Click on users and then click on add

2. Fill in the relevant information for the new user ie. display name, email address, contact number.

Please ensure the user has access to the email address as the login details will be sent to the address entered.

3. Select the role that should be assigned to the user based on the level of access the user should be given

4. Assign the user to the relevant brewery/outlet/customer

5. Once the user has been created by clicking on SAVE, they will receive a welcome email with login credentials to access Draught Guardian.
